Thank you for purchasing our courses. We ensure that our users have a compensating experience while they find, evaluate, and buy our courses, regardless of whether it is an instructor-driven or self-guided training. 

Similarly, as with any online buy understanding, some terms and conditions oversee the Refund Policy. At the point when you purchase an instructional class on Nian, you consent to our Privacy Policy, refund strategy, and Terms of Use.

Our refund policy is as per the following: 

Cancellations and Refunds: Online Training 

For Self Placed Learning: 

Raise refund request within a week of procurement course. An unconditional promise is void if the member has gotten to over 25% content or downloaded the E-Book. Any refund demand past seven days of buying the course won’t be acknowledged, and no refund will be given. 

For Instructor Led Training: 

Raise refund demand within seven days of the procurement course. Money back promise is void if the member has gotten to over 25% content of any e-learning course or has gone to Online Classrooms/got chronicles for the past 1 day. 

Likewise, if a user downloads the E-Book for the course, the money-back promise will be void. Any refund request past seven days of buying the course won’t be acknowledged, and no refund will be given. 

For Post Graduate Programs: 

No refund will be provided once part/full fee is paid. 

Cancellation and Refunds: Classroom Training 

Nian Solutions maintains all authority to delay/drop an event, or change the area of an event as a result of lacking registrations, educator sickness or power majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political unsteadiness, and so forth) 

  • In case Nian Solutions drops an event, 100% of course charges will be refunded to the agent if the refund raises request is within ten days of procurement course Anyway, travel, coordinations, or any personal cost brought about by students/members won’t be refunded. 
  • If Nian Solutions drops/defers an event, the members who are in front of 10 days of procurement, will be rescheduled to any upcoming study hall group with no additional charges and in case they don’t lean toward study hall preparing they will be rescheduled to the forthcoming live virtual class. 
  • If a cancellation is finished by a typical ten business days (or progressively) preceding the event, 10% of all paid expenses will be refunded, and the rest of the sum will be refunded to the delegate. 
  • If a cancellation is finished by a representative within ten business days (or less) of the event, no refunds will be made. 
  • No refunds or credits will be accessible for members who neglect to go to both days of the course.

Refunds: Duplicate Payment 

The refund of the duplicate payment made by the agent will be handled through a similar source (a unique technique for payment) in 10 working days post implication by the customer.

Nian maintains whatever authority is needed to overhaul the terms and states of this strategy with no earlier notification. 

Note: All refunds will be handled within ten working days after Nian endorses the refund request.
